Responsibilities:
1. GA Policies & Governance
- Develop, implement, and maintain GA-related policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor daily GA activities and ensure all services and operations are delivered timely, efficiently, and within standard procedures.
- Prepare, manage, tracking & report the annual GA budget.
2. Office Management
- Oversee office leasing, space planning, renovations, relocations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Manage facility services, safety compliance, utilities, and maintenance.
3. Vehicle Management
- Manage company-owned and leased vehicles, including maintenance, usage policies, vehicle support (e.g. car insurance, parking, gasoline), and driver assignments.
4. Office Supplies & Administrative Support
- Ensure availability and stock control of office supplies and consumables.
- Oversee general support services including reception, mail handling, and administrative assistance.
5. GA Vendor Management
- Select, negotiate, and manage third-party service providers
- Manage outsourced services and labor providers, ensuring contract adherence and performance quality.
6. Business Travel Management
- Oversee travel arrangements for employees including ticketing, accommodation, visa processing, and travel policies compliance.
- Manage the business process and review the cost effectivity
7. Expatriate Benefits Support
- Coordinate expatriate housing, schooling, medical, and legal documentation in line with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Has experience working in a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Familiar with GA systems or ERP tools and has basic understanding of HR or legal support for expatriates
- Proven strong leadership and project management skill.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial and budgeting proficiency, has knowledge of local regulations related to office leasing, expatriate benefits, and outsourcing.
- Proficient in English is a must.
