- Act as Product Manager for Technology, gathering requirements from internal departments and translating them into scalable tech solutions.
- Manage product timelines and agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team; conduct code reviews and pair programming as needed.
- Maintain high software engineering standards and documentation practices.
- Identify and solve pain points across departments by building practical, user-focused tools.
- Ensure systems are designed with scalability and maintainability in mind, without over-engineering.
- Coordinate closely with the CEO, remaining calm under pressure and focused on solutions.
- Be a relationship-builder, not just a code wizard — foster collaboration and clarity across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Head of Tech.
- Strong background in agile product development and sprint cycles.
- Experience managing or mentoring engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, especially in internal product roles.
- Data-driven mindset with strong documentation habits.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Familiar with the following tech stack:
- Backend: Golang
- Frontend: React, Next.js, React Native
- Mobile: Expo
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Cloud: Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of ERP systems and/or construction industry workflows.
- 1–3 years of experience in property or construction tech is a plus.
