Job Description

We are currently looking for new students that can tag along and be part of a multicultural team within our Health Safety & Environment (HSE) team in Cikarang.
The successful candidate will support the local management in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite. Additionally, the HSE specialist trainee is responsible for continuously enhancing environmental performance and environmental programs. This is typically a 6-month training position that can mature into a position as a full-time employee.

A mentor, a manager, a team leader with technical mastery in your area of study will give you best assistance, guiding you through your period of practical training with experience and advice.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Key competencies:
- Recent graduate in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HSE principles, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 14001.
- Willing to be placed in SLB Cikarang Base and support on-site activities.
- Experience in creating posters or digital safety content (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Able to speak and write in English
