About Nettify
Nettify is a high‑tech hospitality MSP that powers in‑room entertainment, managed Wi‑Fi, and guest‑experience platforms for many hotels across Asia and beyond. With the hotel market roaring back, we’re looking for a Hospitality Sales Manager to expand our footprint and turn first‑time meetings into long‑term subscription revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt & close: Generate and qualify leads, book on‑site demos, and convert prospects into contracted Nettify clients.
- Own the pipeline: Maintain a healthy funnel with targets to unlock attractive commission multipliers.
- Relationship-building: Become the go‑to tech advisor for hotel GMs, directors, and owners.
- Solution‑sell: Confidently present Nettify suite of solutions and related services.
- Collaborate: Work with our Indonesian deployment team and channel partners to deliver seamless roll‑outs.
- Forecast & report: Keep CRM up to date and brief leadership on market trends and competitor activity.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ proven success in hospitality tech, PMS/HSIA/IPTV, or closely related B2B hotel solutions.
- Existing network across Surabaya hotel operators; ability to open doors fast.
- Track record of meeting / beating revenue targets and managing multi‑stakeholder deals.
- Fluent English & Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong consultative‑selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with travel across Java and occasional trips outside.
- CRM literacy (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and data‑driven mindset.
- A self‑starter who thrives in a lean, fast‑moving environment.
