Job Descriptions :
- Create planning for cleaning, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.
- Inspect all areas within the building and its surroundings to ensure standards.
- Control the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervise their use according to established standard procedures.
- Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of Housekeeping subcontractors.
- Create periodic reports regarding the implementation of housekeeping activities.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Hospitality major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in building management.
- Experienced in leading team (leadership skill).
- (Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Ability to budgeting and planning for Housekeeping maintenance.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
