WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyzing workforce data to identify trends in recruitment, retention, performance, and compensation.
- Creating and maintaining HR analytics dashboards that provide real-time insights into key HR metrics
- Developing models to forecast future talent acquisition needs and employee retention strategies.
- Working closely with HR leadership to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on HR performance indicators
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar data-driven HR role.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong skills in advanced Excel, SQL, statistical analysis, data visualization, and HRIS systems
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
