Provide strategic leadership for all HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a positive work culture
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent
Partner with senior management to shape organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession management
Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices while mitigating HR-related risks
Mentor and guide the HR team, promoting professional development, collaboration, and high performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR field with 5 years in managerial. Have experience in Insurance Industry would be advantage.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and emerging trends in talent management.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR solutions.
Excellent communication, influence, and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to lead change, foster a positive culture, and deliver measurable improvements in employee engagement and organizational performance.
