You are responsible for

·       Mapping role competency for every designation in a factory

·       Establish and strengthen a competency matrix

·       Facilitate classroom training and ensure the training runs smoothly

·       Create flyers to announce monthly training program

·       Give improvement for training system or procedure

·       Maintaining detailed records of training sessions (attendance form, evaluation form, etc.)

·       Keeping up to date with the latest trends, technology, and best practices in learning and development.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

·       Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, D3 or D4 in Industry, Management, Psychology, Law

·       Strong project management, excel and database

·       Have knowledge of learning and development concept

·       Willingness to learn

·       Creative and innovate mind

·       High energy level

·       Have an analytical thinking
