Job Requirements:
- FEMALE & Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources or a related field
- Experience as Human Resource Manager with strong point in recruitment & training minimum 5 years
- Understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and best practices.
- Familiar with Talenta program & AI application
- Having good attitude, discipline & proactive
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws ( UU Tenaga Kerja )
- Able to join ASAP
