Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in HR data reporting or HRIS analysis, preferably in the plantation or agriculture sector
- Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools is required
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and HRIS skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with plantation operations and challenges is a strong advantage
- Good skills on Statistics & Reporting
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implements, maintains, and monitors human resources database related to workdays, employee contract, working hours, & output All Area (Operation & Supporting) and ensure it up to date
- Ensure the reliability and accuracy of automated Tableau dashboards by routinely checking data integrity, collecting user feedback from site HR teams, and collaborating on continuous improvements
- Conduct detailed analysis using Tableau to track HR performance indicators specific to plantation operations, including labor allocation, productivity, and workforce distribution.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc HC reports covering headcount, recruitment, turnover, and workforce planning for plantation sites. Maintain data consistency across estates and business units.
- Track and analyze overtime trends across estate and area agronomy
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and summaries for BoD meetings, focusing on workforce structure, labor cost efficiency, and strategic HR metrics relevant to plantation operations
- Create clear and effective presentations based on HRIS data to support internal reviews, audits, and strategic planning sessions at both estate and corporate levels
- Consolidate key findings from various Tableau dashboards into executive summaries or briefing notes for HR management and operational leaders.
- Compile and standardize HR reports across multiple plantation estates or regional offices, ensuring alignment with group-level HR strategies and compliance standards
