Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to oversee the administration and optimisation of our BambooHR system. This role is essential to improving HR operations through digital tools, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Management
- Administer and maintain employee records in BambooHR across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
- Customise fields, workflows, and reporting within BambooHR as required.Act as the primary liaison with BambooHR support for technical issues and system upgrades.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using BambooHR and Google tools (e.g., Sheets, Forms, Docs).
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials related to HRIS and HR processes.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Digitally onboard new team members across the region using BambooHR and Google tools.
- Ensure consistent offboarding processes and data handover.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to HR leadership and department heads.
- Support compliance audits and organisational reporting needs.
User Support & Training
- Provide training and support to employees and managers on using BambooHR and related tools.
- Troubleshoot access or data issues and escalate as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Proficient in data management and reporting.
- Experience with system integrations and HR software optimisation preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data confidentially.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train users with varying tech-savviness.
- Previous experience in hospitality or multi-site operations is a plus.
