Responsibilities:
- To be the focal point on all matters relating to safety, health, environment, quality and security.
- To facilitate the implementation of corporate safety procedure/standards
- To monitor and measure organizational compliance against the SHEQ requirements from Government or from the Company
- To ensure the safety culture is applied properly, including to develop and conduct trainings related to HSEQ for all personnel
- To ensure that all statutory safety, health and environment, qualities and security regulations and requirements are effectively implemented
- To develop and maintain a good management information system to support the required documentation
- To advise the Management on compliance to all safety, health, environmental quality and security regulations and requirements
- To advise management during crisis or emergency response
- To maintain good relationship with related government and external agencies
- To maintain good relationship with SHEQ and security professional from similar industries for mutual experience and information sharing
- To ensure all crisis & emergency response plans, SHEQ manual and guides are regularly updated. Crisis & emergency response plan are regularly tested.
- To support corporate & regional SHEQ directions and initiatives
Requirements:
- Having a Bachelor Degree in Engineering area would be an advantage
- Having worked in HSE department in chemical, petrochemical or oil & gas industry would be desirable
- At least having worked in HSE department for 10 years with 2 years at managerial level
- Ability to communicate in English (Verbal and Written) is a MUST
