Job Description:
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Assisting in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews).
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assisting with training, employee engagement, and internal communications.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in handling HRIS will be a plus.
- Fluent in English
