SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Receive, produce, and fill paints or powder according to the daily production schedule and ensure the products are made and filled according to HSEQ requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Receive RMs, packaging, and FG according to procedure
- Produce paints to correct quality as stated in Work Instruction.
- Fill approved paints according to Work instructions
- Take the initiative to improve daily tasks/topics
- Use IT tools available at the work center
- Participate actively in ongoing improvement works on site, like 5S and ODM.
- Follow internal and external rules/procedures and follow Jotun’s values.
- Perform daily tasks according to SOPs/OPLs within the relevant area.

What we look for
- Senior or vocational school graduates
- Minimum 1 year experience as Production Operator
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia language
- Domicile in or reside to Bekasi, Indonesia
