Production Lead

• Assist, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day production operations to meet the plan, procedure, and company work standard.
• Ensure smooth daily production operations, and responsible for the accomplishment of production targets and standard quality of the product.
• Make a scheme and calculate the number of tools and materials that will be used in the production process.
• Supervise the production process of biologic preparation products from the Semi-Finished Product to the Finished Product, including the aseptic preparation stage and the production line decontamination process.
• Evaluation of the production process including production results and recording of production batches.
• Create performance reports as target by the company and review production reports that must be sent right away (as targeted time) to the quality team for product release review and for product conversion in inventory system.
• Supervise the operation, cleaning, and maintenance of the equipment used and Supervise the cleaning and sterilization of production rooms.
• Perform corrections to any problems that arise during the production process, complete problem resolution, carry out root cause analysis and further investigations, and take corrective and preventive actions to prevent problems from occurring again in the future.
• Carrying out investigations related to customer complaints caused by manufacturing faults, especially those related to supply chain management, starting from finding and determining the root of the problem and determining corrective and preventive actions that must be taken so that similar problems do not recur in the future.
• Prepare documents such as Manual, SOP, WI, WO, and/or FR according to the CPAKB, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 17025 standard/requirements.
• Conduct training, assessment, and safety to the production personnel.

• Passionate in preserving Indonesia biodiversity through sustainable innovations.
• Min. bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or as Pharmacist, Veterinary, Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Electromedical Engineering.
• Having at least 5 years of working experience in the medical device/vaccine/veterinary drugs manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years of experience as a supervisor, and having experience in managerial positions is an added value.
• Understand CPAKB, CPOIB, CPOHB, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485, ISO 9001:2015.
• Having experience in molecular biology techniques and biotechnology industry is an added value.
• Good computer skills, i.e. experience in Google Workspace (Sheet, Slides & Docs) or MS Office (Excel, Word and PPT).
• Able to work with a team, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, and leadership.
• Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, highly organized, and excellent attention to detail.
• Having experience in molecular biology techniques is an added value.

• Prepare documents such as Manual, SOP, WI, WO, and/or FR according to the CPAKB, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 17025 standard/requirements.
• Conduct training, assessment, and safety to the production personnel.
• Assist in the supervision of staff and promote teamwork. Deals with any staff issues which may arise from time to time i.e. grievances, disciplinary matters, and others. Perform people development in his/her team by conducting coaching and counseling regularly.
• Responsible for “Penanggung Jawab Produksi” as assigned by the company (Chief Executive Officer).
