General Responsibilities :
1. Creating data / identification of measuring tools / equipment in MID (Measuring Instruments Data)
2. Create annual calibration and Check / CCS (Calibration and Check Schedule) schedules
3. Implement calibration and checks
4. Receiving WO calibration and checking of measuring equipment / equipment
5. Make WO to other divisions / dept and manufacture PB order external services for calibration
6. Create and revise WI (Work Instruction) calibration / checking
7. Give explanation to the technician in order to calibrate / check the measuring instrument according to schedule and keep it
8. Check the technical daily report
9. Create and correct CCR (Calibration & Checj Record) and CM (calibration Measurement) and propose whether the tool is still usable or not to the User
10. Maintain and evaluate equipment equipment, calibrator and safety as well as filed PB manufacture order for work tool / calibrator to be purchased to Sub Dept. Head
11. Perform Performance Appraisal every year to subordinates
12. Check the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning.
13. Ensure the implementation of the quality management system (ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system)
14. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment (cleanliness) environment (environment) in the work location.
