- Prepare and manage vessel schedules, berthing plans, and dispatch documentation.
- Serve as the main communication link between vessels and the port team during arrivals and departures.
- Monitor shipping timelines and adjust schedules as needed to optimize flow and reduce idle time.
- Verify and maintain shipping documents including bills of lading, cargo manifests, and port clearance forms.
- Diploma in Engineering, Marine Transportation or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vessel dispatch, port control, or maritime operations.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.
