IT Administrative Assistant and Devops Engineer

Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator & DevOps Engineer to manage our internal IT infrastructure while driving automation, scalability, and reliability in our development and deployment pipelines. This hybrid role combines traditional IT administration (systems, security, user support) with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, automation).

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Administration

• Manage company-wide IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, networks, VPN, firewalls).
• Oversee user account management, access control, and system permissions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for employees.
• Implement and maintain security policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with software licensing.

DevOps Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Manage cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) including networking, scaling, and security.
• Monitor application performance and system health using logging/alerting tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and system reliability.

RequirementsTechnical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux system administration.
• Experience with networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of security best practices (SSO, MFA, endpoint security).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, operations, and business teams.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
