Key ResponsibilitiesIT Administration
- Manage company-wide IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, networks, VPN, firewalls).
- Oversee user account management, access control, and system permissions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for employees.
- Implement and maintain security policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with software licensing.
DevOps Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Manage cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) including networking, scaling, and security.
- Monitor application performance and system health using logging/alerting tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and system reliability.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux system administration.
- Experience with networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of security best practices (SSO, MFA, endpoint security).
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, operations, and business teams.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
