Key Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst ensures business requirements are translated to IT functional requirements used in providing IT solutions from Global IT organizations, Commercial-off-the-shelf/Cloud applications, third-party/ Internal custom-developed Applications. This position reports directly to the together with the System Analyst and Data Engineer, provides support to IT Business partners that represent the Organization’s Business units.
The Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Degrees in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Data Science are also relevant.Certifications that enhance credibility and skills:
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a combined Business Analyst role or similar roles.
- Critical thinking and creativity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and practices.
- Extensive knowledge of programming languages and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to use and manage GIT to store the source code
- Ability to work with SCRUM project style
- Professional Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary
