DESIGNATION : IT Operation Center (ITOC)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles :
Monitoring and checking application service and infrastructure alerts
Monitoring and evaluating applications/services, resource capacity, infrastructure & network to make sure in good condition
First handling resolution, support, implementation and troubleshooting activities related to applications and server and network infrastructure
Create report related with resource Infrastructures (Server & Network)
Generate data on resources for Application Infrastructure (Servers and Networks)
Handling incident ticket related with application, service and infrastructure (server & network)
Perform incident-quick workaround
Incident escalation in time
Managing coordination within teams to handle incident ticket
Config Network device for open port, IPSEC, GSLB DNS, Swing network, SSL VPN
Config server for provisioning, mounting and hardening
Troubleshoot network connection, VPN, and Wifi
Technical knowledge documentation processed to be WI, SOP, Guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as IT NOC / System Engineer or similar position at least 1 years' experience.
Technical:
Administrator Linux
Networking (Switching, Routing, Firewall, Loadbalance)
Tools Monitoring (Grafana, PRTG, Kibana, Datadog)
Firewall NGAF (Fortigate & Sangfor)
Nice to have:
Microservice (Container, Docker)
Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)
Scripting (programming language)
