Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is an Islamic international school committed to providing world-class education. We are looking for a dedicated IT Support to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT technical support to staff and students.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, projectors, servers, network, etc.).
- Support online learning platforms and school applications.
- Ensure IT systems run smoothly and securely.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome).
- Good knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Windows & basic server administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
