Junior Software Engineer

This position will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web & mobile applications by leveraging both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, the role is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions, ensure code quality, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle

1. Design and develop new features for web and mobile applications.
   Maintain and update application source code to ensure stability and performance.
2. Create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Develop back-end services using programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
4. Manage and optimize application databases to ensure efficiency and reliability.
5. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application quality and security.
6. Collaborate with product and design teams to understand user needs and design effective solutions.
7. Follow best development practices and adhere to industry standards.

1. Bachelor degree in information technology from a top university.

3. Deep understanding of back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, and popular frameworks like Express.
4. Deep understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React.
5. Extensive experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
6. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team.
7. Knowledge of ERP systems such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management or Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
8. Willing to work on-site and full-time in Bintaro, South Tangerang
