Core Job Responsibilities
- Communicates with users to obtain/verify requirements for clients’ plan design.
- Performing system configuration using our in-house application system and carry out functional testing in accordance to clients’ plan design/specification.
- Manage UAT with users.
- Provide secondary-level support for system-related matter(s).
- Provide system impact analysis and propose resolution(s).
- Prepare change request quotation for user sign-off.
- Resolves request/incidents tickets from users pertaining to configuration by data patching and/or system reconfiguration.
- Assisting with Senior Implementers to execute ad hoc / scheduled maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a software engineer or functional business analyst with system hands-on experience.
- Must be proficient with MS SQL (need to write SQL scripts), XML, HTML
- Must be proficient with MS Excel (macro knowledge will be good-to-have)
- Excellent analytical, system thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick learner who is self-motivated with positive attitude.
- Able to manage time and escalate when necessary.
- Past work experience in data analytics or analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or familiarity with programming language (Python, C#, etc) will be advantageous but not a requirement.
