Job Summary:
- Manage a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels
- Develop profitable business with new and existing customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of business.
- Responsible for the direct sales process
- Managing & creating relationship with external stakeholders
- Prepare & plan sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs
- Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales industry
- Experienced in managing hospital accounts and has strong relationship with KOLs
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and regulatory environments.
- Have good sales capability.
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong backgrounds in generic pharmaceuticals will be preferred.
