Conduct A-Z basic training for all new sales forces, starting from delivery, reporting, advanced programs (extended) for rookie agents
Carry out initiatives that can support business growth, especially in terms of activity ratio, productivity & leads conversion rate
Provide data reports for the entire team in learning development
Design and create training materials / program as needed
Monitor and report several important parameters / Business matric like Rookie agent activation& productivity, training point, IA performance base on cohort development, Lead conversion rate, Training points & participant rate
