Job Description:
1. Fully understanding, following, and actively participating all learning stages in Graduate Management Development Program
2. Achieving optimum result in all evaluation stages during program
3. Comply and implement all company's regulation
4. Engage and maintain relationship with facilitator, coach, mentor, and steering committee.

Job Requirement:
- Age limit of 26 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) / Diploma (D4) majoring in Accounting & Management
- Minimum 2,85 GPA/IPK
- Past on-campus experience BEM/MENWA, etc is preferred
- Willing to attend training for six months and commit to a bond period of two years
- Shows integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills
- Strong team player
- Willing to be placed in any of our plantations (Sumatera/Kalimantan/Papua)
