- Assist Sector Manager in daily manufacturing operations and process monitoring.
- Support Kaizen projects and continuous improvement initiatives and/or project in operation area
- Help in collecting and analyzing production data, such as cycle time, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with team leaders and operators to identify root causes of production issues.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and contribute to finding practical solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Capable of collecting and organizing data, and performing advance data analysis.
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and findings.
- Proactive Attitude: Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must. Proficient in Advance and VBA Macro Excel is a plus
- Currently enrolled as a student (max 8th semester) in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A strong academic record is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or operational environment (e.g., through coursework or other internships) is a plus.
- Ability to commit to the full internship period as required by the program. (minimal 6 months, placement in Schneider Cikarang Plant)
