DESIGNATION : Partnership Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn about business partnerships, collaboration strategies, and corporate relationship management. As a Partnership Intern, the candidate will assist the Partnerships Management in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external), researching potential partners, supporting various initiatives to enhance our partnership strategies, and coordinating with the internal department to ensure everything is in place at the right time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirement
- Fresh graduate or last semester in any Major, Fintech (preferable)
- Fresh graduate or last semester on Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa & English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for learning about business partnerships and the payment industry

Key Responsibility
- Responsible for delivering tasklist on schedule
- Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, performance reviews, and other communication materials for clients.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill the administrative requirements.
- Update performance review for top clients, pipeline, patient card, pricelist, etc.
- Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled
- Ensure staff are informed and trained to support good corporate governance in their specific areas of work
