1. Create and Develop Marketing Strategy
Create marketing activation/event plans and coordinate with related teams.
Carry out budget controlling of marketing activities, encouraging efficiency and optimization.
Responsible for achieving hub business targets in terms of marketing & sales
Develop promotional materials and content in collaboration with the graphic designer.
2. Marketing & Sales Event Implementation
Prepare equipment/materials for all the activation or marketing events.
Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and other external partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
Collaborate with sales teams to align brand activation activities with sales goals.
Manage the production and installation of marketing tools (banners, flyers, ads, etc.).
3. Marketing Reports and Evaluation
Monitoring team performance related to marketing activity
Make reports and evaluations for every marketing initiative.
4. Strategic Partnership Development
Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to foster long-term collaboration.
Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with partners.
Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of partnership agreements.
5. Digital Marketing Management
Responsible for managing social media, Google Business, and other digital platforms.
Create a plan for digital marketing.
Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance digital marketing effectiveness and drive business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
Minimum English Proficiency of B1 level.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the education field); experience in team leadership is an advantage.
Familiarity with both offline and online marketing strategies.
Have understanding in the input-process-output framework, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, sales, SEO, Google Analytics, social media, and CRM.
Have expertise in budget planning, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, and leadership.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
