Marketing Associate

LILLIPODS Preschool is a preschool with an after-school club and care. We aim to bring the joy of learning to every neighborhood, the Finnish way! Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team!

Requirements:

• Passionate about early childhood education, early life, or education in general.
• ⁠Has a minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing strategy development and offline production management.
• Possesses a solid understanding of the education sector.
• Has excellent communication and team management skills.
• Comfortable managing work through digital platforms: Google Workspace, Typeform, Instagram, etc.
• Is fluent in writing and speaking in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
• ⁠Is eager to learn in a global & fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Working closely with the teaching team to identify challenges to solve & potentials to groom.
• Developing an integrated marketing strategy including multi-channel communication plan, parent engagement programmes, and brand activation/campaign that align with LILLIPODS Preschool’s business goal, values, and guidelines.
• Creating editorial planning and managing all digital communication channels, including website, Instagram, and e-newsletter.
• Managing overall marketing/campaign budget to create effective marketing efforts.
• Providing ongoing analysis & performance reporting for future learning & implementation.
• Liaising as PIC with third-party vendors, communities, industry professionals, and media friends.
• Creating, maintaining, and supervising program partnership initiatives to reach marketing objectives.
• Monitoring & reporting feedback from the LILLIPODS Community.
• Organising & participating in events (education/parenting) to grow our community base
• Managing marketing team workloads by setting up priorities of tasks.
• Liaising information & brief between the teaching team & marketing team (vice versa) to ensure a smooth-sailing process.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Experience:

• Marketing Strategy Development: 3 years (Required)
