Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- Min. 2-3 experience in marketing communications, preferably in IT/Tech. Industry;
- Understanding of IT industry trends and technologies;
- Proven track record in event management and digital marketing;
- Strong project management and organizational abilities;
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.);
- Proficient in Google Workplace Suite;
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms;
- Knowledge of content management systems;
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills;
- Ability to work independently and in teams;
- Creative problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Adaptable to fast-paced environment.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Event Management
- Plan, organize, and execute company events, including tech seminars, product launches, and industry exhibitions
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and coordinate with vendors
- Create engaging event content and promotional materials
2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Manage and update company website content
- Develop and maintain strong social media presence across platforms
- Create compelling content for digital channels (blogs, newsletters, social media posts)
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics
- Maintain corporate consistency in all communications
4. Marketing Communications
- Develop and execute marketing communication plans
- Write and edit marketing materials, press releases, and corporate communications
- Maintain relationships with media partners and industry stakeholders
- Support lead generation activities through various marketing initiatives
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and coordinate with vendors
- Create engaging event content and promotional materials
