The Pyramids of Chi in Ubud, Bali, are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their expanding team of professionals. The Marketing Coordinator promotes Pyramids of Chi's business services and products, and is one of the brand's custodians. As directed by the Head of Marketing, they implement marketing and pricing strategies, including campaigns across all media, generate new business leads, and oversee marketing-related tasks as requested.

The following criteria are highly desirable for successful applicants:

• Must be an Indonesian citizen, living in Bali, Ubud preferred
• Marketing degree or 5 + years relevant experience
• Multi-channel social media planning and implementation
• Website moderation & development
• Digital advertising expertise, including Meta & Google
• High-level event planning and implementation skills
• Content creation skills are an advantage
• Able to maintain and work to a budget
• Able to track and recognize consumer behavior
• Excellent written and verbal English (must be able to write)
• Able to report with confidence to senior management
• A great eye for detail and presentation is a MUST
• Able to maintain positive, high energy during working hours
• An open heart and mind to wellness and spirituality

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Manage and coordinate the creation, editing, and distribution of written, video, and photo content across various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. This includes overseeing: Livestream productions, Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), Website and guest portal updates, and Special events and on-site content capture in Ubud
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
• Manage and coordinate the scheduling of content for digital platforms and on-site marketing displays to ensure timely and strategic messaging.
• Execute a results-driven social media strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and external partners.
• Manage content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking for social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and engagement.
• Support the promotion of events by coordinating marketing materials and capturing onsite content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance guest experiences through effective storytelling and brand communication.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, social media engagement, and website conversion rates.
• Assist with large-scale photo and video shoots from planning to execution, including the development of shot lists and creative briefs for external agencies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Support branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with the company’s positioning within the wellness industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, 1-3 years of experience with B2C social media marketing or content development. Ability to represent the community’s interests within the organization. Genuine passion for the projects with a strong desire to connect and educate the community.

This position comes with important responsibilities and as such, the successful applicant will be paid accordingly with a monthly salary depending on experience.

Salary range min of Rp5,000,000 - 8,000,000 max for the right high-level candidate.
