Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, declaring, and executing marketing activities related to sales and after-sales business;
- Responsible for conducting market research, timely collecting and mastering market information;
- Responsible for organizing and arranging various marketing activities, preparing and submitting feasibility reports for marketing activities;
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining media relations between the region and local mainstream media such as print, internet, and radio stations;
- Responsible for establishing good working relationships with OEMs, and completing the development, summary, and analysis of various marketing promotion activities for OEMs;
- Responsible for training, supervising, and assessing the work of department person;
- Responsible for coordinating, designing, producing, and arranging promotional materials for sales showrooms, outreach, shopping malls, and after-sales services in accordance with OEM requirements to ensure that there are no expired materials;
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the content of the exhibition hall advertising screen based on the promotion theme of the month;
- Responsible for establishing a transaction ledger for third-party business: OEM activity subsidies and details, payment details and expense declarations for third-party companies;
- Responsible for coordinating new media business, including operational strategy, cost budget, account operation and management, etc.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader (including temporary ones);
- Report work to the store manager and submit a summary and plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in marketing, filming or related fields, and experience in directing
- Familiar with the operating online social media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc., sensitive to hot topics, and skilled in selecting content topics; And have relevant experience in building and operating the websites;
- Familiar with the organizing the offline event who are capable of independently planning creatively and executing events, therefore requiring resources from advertising companies.
- Passionate about marketing work, event planning and execution, and sensitive to hot topic in society, who able to increase new car sales for the company through creative activities combining hot topics.
- Short video production, possessing video aesthetics and innovative spirit, with good control over the design, shooting, editing, themes, sound effects, music, and other aspects of the entire video;
- Proficient in using software such as Pr, Photoshop, Capcut for production;
- Chinese proficiency is preferred, must required proficient in English and Indonesian.
