What you will be doing
- Promote and sell CardioScan’s advanced cardiac diagnostic services in line with our proven sales process and marketing strategy.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and developing new market opportunities across multiple segments.
- Build strong awareness and understanding of CardioScan solutions among cardiologists, neurologists, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver professional and effective presentations in Bahasa Indonesia to medical decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities such as in person events, webinars, and nurse training to increase brand awareness and adoption.
- Stay continually updated on CardioScan’s products and relevant clinical knowledge in cardiac monitoring.
- Ensure proper coverage of assigned territories through regular customer visits and engagement activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare influencers.
Key SKills & attributes
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand English (spoken and written) is essential; fluency in English is a plus.
- Strong planning, time management, and organisation skills.
- Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Confident using video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
- Familiar with Jabodetabek area and comfortable commuting via personal vehicle or public transport.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with eagerness to learn and develop.
- Results-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong customer focus.
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Able to gather market insights and convert them into actionable strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum D3 diploma in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Science, Engineering, or Business.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare or medical devices.
- Indonesian citizenship (Warga Negara Indonesia).
- Valid SIM A or SIM C.
- Experience in developing account strategies aligned with customer and patient journeys.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and actively engage with customers in the field.
- Confident in product presentations and complaint handling.
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy is an advantage.
