Member Value Development Coordinator
Save the Children Indonesia is on the process of becoming a Full Member and transforming towards a diversified NGO by 2030. SC IDN began the transformation journey since 2021 and working towards an organization-wide transformation, started from transforming our impact model by implementing localization initiative, while at the same time also transform our operating model to strengthen organizational capabilities and transform our revenue model for financial sustainability by diversifying revenue streams.
This transformation aligned with our plan to be a Full Member, to deliver tripling impacts for children. This position will contribute to the transformation goals to deliver tripling impacts for children, implement localization initiative. As part of the team, this position is also expected to foster the culture of trust and collaboration at SC IDN team, actively involve in culture initiatives by SC IDN.
Child Safeguarding:
Level 3 - the responsibilities of the post may require the post holder to have regular contact with or access to children or young people. Role Purpose
To lead strategic donor value growth and support Donor Development and Retention Manager by managing debit performance, multichannel campaign success, and income product development. This role ensures smooth operational delivery of income while supporting innovation in donor development and engagement. A core focus includes optimizing lifetime donor value, progressing committed donors into middle donor potential, and delivering targeted, data-driven campaigns that align with Save the Children’s long-term income goals.
What You will do:
- Campaign & Income Strategy
- Develop and implement a structured campaign calendar across key income-driving initiatives: conversion, upgrade, reactivation, and appeal.
- Align campaign strategies with donor value segmentation, journey stages, and program milestones.
- Monitor campaign ROI, daily income performance, donor conversion trends, and donation uplift per program.
- Team Leadership and Coordination
- Supervise and mentor Multichannel Marketing Officer.
- Supports Donor Development and Retention Manager.
- Set monthly KPIs, review performance reports, and ensure delivery of agreed targets.
- Support cross-training, coaching, and continuous improvement across team members.
- Ensure agency contract flow & management runs effectively & strategically based on the agreed target.
- Product Innovation and Donor Value Optimization
- Lead development of bundled donation offers, tiered giving experiences, and loyalty-based product packages.
- Integrate value-based segmentation into campaign and journey flows to match offers with donor intent.
- Collaborate with Retention and Digital teams to test and scale donor product innovations.
- Debit Performance Monitoring
- Oversee daily and monthly debit status reports, track success and failure rates by bank, method, and donor cohort.
- Coordinate with Finance, banking partners, and MAP Agents to ensure consistent debit recovery and improvement.
- Maintain alignment between debit health metrics and campaign planning.
- Donor Development
- Design and implement donor development campaigns that build deeper commitment and lifetime value.
- Track indicators such as donor tenure, frequency, and cumulative giving to identify progression toward middle donor tiers.
- Collaborate with the Loyalty & Experience and Retention teams to create soft upgrade and cultivation programs for high value individuals.
- Forecasting, Reporting, and Strategic Optimization
- Produce quarterly income projections, retention forecasts, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze donor behaviour patterns across campaigns and tiers to guide future development planning.
- Identify value gaps, campaign inefficiencies, and donor progression bottlenecks.
What we need:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor income management, or supporter product development.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing revenue targets.
- Proficient in segmentation strategy, CRM analytics, and campaign planning.
- Strong leadership, reporting, and innovation skills in nonprofit or supporter-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills verbal or written
Desirable:
- Experience working in an NGO or social enterprise environment
- Understanding of donor behaviour, donor journey lifecycle, and value-based segmentation
- Familiarity with marketing, fundraising tools and A/B testing
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Working knowledge of payment gateway, debit systems, or banking operations related to donor contributions
