A globally recognised travel and lifestyle company known for curating unforgettable experiences and premium entertainment is seeking an Expat Member Services Representative to join their Bali-based team.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer care.
Requirements:
- Expat candidates only, currently residing in Bali and committed to long-term stay.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or lifestyle membership services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a professional and punctual work ethic.
- Familiarity with shared ownership programs, villa allocations, or hospitality booking systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of terms like GAP, RCI, DAE, ICE, and HP is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to members regarding bookings, inquiries, and general service requests.
- Respond to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner (ideally within 24 hours).
- Coordinate with members and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Support the team with complex queries and serve as a resource for problem resolution.
- Ensure all communication with members is courteous, accurate, and aligned with the company’s values.
- Attend in-person meetings with members if needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each member interaction.
- Help maintain the quality and integrity of company-provided tools and resources.
- Provide backup support to team members and assist with concierge services as required.
