To oversight, monitor, align and provide guidelines to operation control function of all refineries in performing their responsibilities (inventory control and asset controls)
To manage end-to-end insurance process for assets and stocks in HO and all refineries (budgeting, renewal, periodic review, premium payment, claim)
Job Description :
To oversight and monitor operation control function of all refineries
To provide advice/guidance to Operation Controller and Refinery Controller for enhancing/optimizing their way of work.
To manage insurance process for assets and stocks in HO and all refineries (from budgeting, renewal, premium payment until claim monitoring)
To perform Procurement Controls at Head Office (review SC, QCF, tender, VO, RAB) and Compliance review in HO and all refineries.
Job Requirement :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Having min 5 years of working experience as Operation Controller at FMCG area
Good in Analytical thinking
Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
