We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trade Marketing Operation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the capability of our sales team and third-party partners to achieve key business objectives across our brands and portfolios. You will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales force through various strategies, processes, and training.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Development of Sales Team: Identify training needs and skill gaps, and implement development programs to enhance capabilities. Provide the right supporting tools for frontliners to improve outputs and performance.
- Instore Executions: Ensure our instore initiatives are executed with excellence by our frontliners, and provide the right instore measurements and monitoring to drive business insights.
- Frontliners Deployment Strategy: Develop and implement an effective and efficient frontliner deployment strategy to support business needs. Conduct regular reviews to ensure productivity levels are maintained.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor the performance of the sales team, third parties, and instore executions. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Identification: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and define relevant KPIs that align with the company's overall business goals. Provide the right sales incentive schemes across sales roles.
- Achievement of Key Business Objectives: Align sales operations and data analytics efforts with the organization’s overall business objectives. Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to ensure the sales team and third parties are working towards achieving these objectives.
- Third-Party Sales Representatives: Work with third-party sales representatives to ensure they provide the necessary resources for all departments.
