Job Summary:
You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within the NetSuite ERP system. These processes cover the end-to-end management of sales, procurement, and financial transactions. The consultant will work with stakeholders to streamline business operations by customizing and configuring NetSuite to meet specific business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis:
- Map out the current state and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
- Propose and implement enhancements and automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize business process to stay up to date with industry practices.
OTC-P2P Implementation:
- Further customize the NetSuite system for the complete Order-to-Cash process, these including Sales Order, Purchase Order, Item Fulfilment and Invoicing.
- Design and implement solutions for quote-to-cash workflows, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment and customer invoicing.
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide business insights into sales and procurement operations.
Integration & Data Migration:
- Lead and execute data migration activities for master data (e.g., customers, vendors, inventory) and transactional data (e.g., open orders, invoices).
- Ensure integration of NetSuite with external systems like CRM, payment gateways, and 3rd party logistics providers for end-to-end OTC and P2P management.
End-User Training & Support:
- Provide comprehensive training to business users on the OTC and P2P functionalities within NetSuite.
- Offer ongoing functional support post-implementation to address any system or process issues.
Project Management:
- Projects module implementation, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Documentation:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals for the OTC and P2P processes.
- Ensure that all configuration changes and customizations are thoroughly documented.
Requirements
Experience:
- 3+ years of functional experience in implementing and supporting NetSuite ERP with a focus on OTC and P2P processes.
- Deep understanding of sales, procurement, and financial operations in businesses.
- Advance Inventory management and NetSuite Administration skills
- Ability to create complex reports and saved searches to provide visibility into order and procurement operations.
Business Acumen:
- Strong understanding of business processes related to order management, billing, procurement, inventory, and finance.
- Ability to translate business needs into system functionality effectively.
Communication:
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, conducting training, and presenting solutions.
- Strong documentation skills for creating business process documents, training materials, and technical documentation.
Project Management:
- Experience managing full-cycle ERP projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live.
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, and project deliverables effectively.
Certifications:
- NetSuite certifications such as NetSuite Administrator certification, SuiteFoundation, and ERP Consultant.
