Job Description
On-site Visits Client Required
Conduct product demonstrations to prospective and new clients, ensuring they fully understand the platform’s features and benefits.
Lead the client onboarding process from kick-off to go-live, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of the product.
Understand client needs, workflows, and business goals to customize onboarding sessions accordingly.
Prepare and deliver training materials, guides, and best practices to help clients maximize the value of the product.
Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client handover.
Track onboarding milestones, identify potential roadblocks, and coordinate solutions to keep timelines on track.
Gather feedback from clients during onboarding and relay insights to the product team for continuous improvement.
Continuously refine onboarding processes and materials to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Information Systems, or related field from reputable local or overseas universities.Minimum 2–3 years experience in client onboarding, customer success, or training — preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage client expectations.
Proactive problem-solver who can adapt to changing client needs and timelines.
Fast learner with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly way.
Familiarity with CRM systems, onboarding tools, or learning management platforms is an advantage.
Experience in B2B industries such as Supply Chain, FMCG, or similar is a plus.
