Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware (PCs, printers, servers, etc.).
- Provide technical support to staff in person or remotely.
- Maintain network security, backups, and system updates.
- Set up new equipment and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Document IT procedures and keep inventory of hardware/software.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux.
- Basic networking skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.
- Understanding of data security and backups.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
