Position Overview
We are looking for an active, creative, and “always on the move” marketing specialist who is ready to grow our brand and promote the properties under our management. This is not about sitting and waiting for tasks – this is about creating opportunities, spotting potential, pushing our projects forward, and turning ideas into bright results.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare marketing materials and layouts (banners, posters, presentations, landing pages).
- Manage the company’s and properties’ social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.): content planning, posting, stories, reels, analytics.
- Work with bloggers, photographers, and videographers: sourcing, briefing, and quality control.
- If possible — write SEO articles for our website and partner platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to integrate marketing into funnels and special offers.
- Coordinate with the media team for publications, press releases, and media partnerships.
- Take part in event planning and promotional activities.
Must-have skills and qualities:
- Experience in social media management and visual content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva (Figma or Photoshop is a plus).
- Basic Excel skills for reporting and analytics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate.
- Proactive mindset — not just following instructions but bringing in fresh ideas.
Big pluses:
- Copywriting skills, especially SEO-oriented.
- Experience in sales or marketing within hospitality/real estate.
- Event organization experience (events, presentations, photo shoots).
