Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales & Reservations Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your main responsibilities include:
- Responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat with a warm, professional tone
- Assisting clients with selecting the right retreat package and dates
- Managing bookings and updating reservation systems
- Following up on leads and converting them into bookings
- Providing pre-arrival support and exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Indonesian citizenship, female
- Fluent in spoken and written English (you’ll be communicating with international clients daily)
- Previous experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Passion for wellness, yoga, or travel is a big plus!
