We are currently hiring Customer Service Liner Agency Qualifications:
- Have minimal 3 years of experience in Liner Agency / Shipping Agency
- Familiarity with shipping documentation, cargo tracking systems, and liner operations, understand export and import documents and manifest process.
- Have excellent communication and confidence speaking in both in English and Bahasa.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering superior service.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical thinking to address and resolve complex shipping issues.
Responsibilities:
- Supervised the customer service export import, and operation team to ensure smooth process
- Create KPI for the department and provide problem solving and conlict management in the team
- Input, submit and reconcile inward manifest module.
- Submit notice of arrival and confirm draft manifest, create import bill of lading, invoice and process payment request.
- Process container damage and repair
- Create and release delivery order and calculate detention charges.
- Communicate with Feeder, Customer (Consignee), Agent, and Shipping.
- Handle inquiries related to shipping schedules, rates, cargo tracking, documentation
- Process booking request, coordinate with the operations team to ensure space allocation, vessel schedules
- Monitor shipments and provide customers with updates regarding cargo status, delays, or changes, handle customer complaints, seek feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
