Conducting job evaluations in accordance with the company's applicable standards.
Creating job classification standards.
Measuring productivity and analyzing workload for all positions.
Analyzing the gap between manpower availability and manpower needs (supply vs demand) in accordance with the company's strategy.
Creating the workforce requirements plan.
Designing and developing programs for internalizing the company's culture.
Implementing the necessary change management programs
Requirements
Min. Bachelors degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Organization Development or other related fields.
Strong understanding of business processes and organizational structures.
Proficiency in conducting Workload Analysis (WLA) to optimize team and resource efficiency.
Proficient in data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
High attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with change management processes and organizational design principles is a plus.
