Skills and Qualifications required:

Scope of Work
Prepare communication on behalf of company management
- Manage communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
- Organise and prepare meetings and MoM for internal and external meetings
- Prepare specific files and/or presentations requested by the company management
- Handle company contacts database
- Prepare company meetings agenda
Event Organising
- Assist in planning and organising events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Collaborate with different teams to gather event requirements and coordinate logistics.
Scheduling
- Prepare and schedule company meetings, physical and virtual
- Daily scheduling for direction and teams
- Ensured that scheduling is followed by team members
- Organise business trips for the direction
Administrative tasking
- Handling of administrative matters for the team
- Maintain all digital files, database and records for ongoing projects on the company cloud / drive
- Follow-up on current and ongoing administrative tasking
Basic accounting
- Participate to basic accounting
- Participate to basic invoicing
- Handle accounting and invoicing database and archives
Research and social media
- Participate to the handling of company social media
- Participate and support research team in specific projects
