Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized local Administrative Assistant and Property Manager to help oversee and maintain a private property located in Ungasan. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise regular maintenance services (pool, gardening, cleaning)
- Ensure all utility and service bills are paid on time
- Source, schedule, and oversee contractors or vendors for repairs or special tasks
- Perform regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained
- Manage administrative tasks including filing paperwork on behalf of the owner
- Maintain digital records and reports using Google Drive
Requirements:
- Must be based locally and available for 2–3 site visits per week
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficient in using Google Drive and digital documentation tools
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Contract & Timeline:
This is a trial role effective immediately through December 31, 2025. Upon successful completion, a long-term agreement will be offered.
