Conduct regular store visits to check stock levels, validate stock opname, and ensure proper storage procedures.
Monitor and analyze inventory usage, wastage, and variance reports.
Ensure accurate data entry in inventory management systems.
Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams for optimal stock replenishment.
Investigate discrepancies in inventory records and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and implement cost control measures to minimize loss.
Prepare and submit regular inventory and cost control reports to management.
Provide guidance and training to store staff on inventory handling and recording.
Requirements:
Minimum of a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years’ experience in inventory, stock control, or cost control, preferably in the F&B industry.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with inventory software and Excel reporting.
Willingness to travel frequently to multiple store locations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
