Portfolio & Activation Manager
Develop and implement portfolio strategies to strengthen brand in market, build brand image perception to targeted market by designing brand guidelines and overseeing marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for appointed SKU to ensure the brand values and image are followed.
As the Portfolio & Activation Manager, you will lead:
- Portfolio Strategy:
- Accountable to build brand image based on research information to appointed SKU.
- Design and implement the setting of brand guidelines, brand vision and brand value to ensure the deliverable aligns with company strategy.
- Pricing (Brand and Competitor) Strategy:
- Design pricing strategy of appointed SKU compares to competitors' in order to determine which factors matter in deciding brand price for targetted market.
- Product and NPD:
- Ensure end-to-end process of product development, developing new business opportunities and pricing the new product for its launching.
- Accountable to generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs (i.g shape, size, colours, fonts and imagery) align with R&D and GSC.
- Internal and External Partnership:
- Coordinate and communicate with all internal stakeholders in presenting proposal and managing multiple interest from each department in order to support the brand objective / program deliverables.
- Maintain communication with external agencies (i.g research agency) on managing all projects that are being develop and create annual assessments of agency's performance to ensure the brand development and launch runs well.
- Brand Activation:
- Coordinate and collaborate with consumer communication & engagement as well as sales team on the marketing process of appointed SKU to ensure program implemented aligns with brand image and strategy.
- Manage and monitor the budget for advertising and promotional items and designing and planning potential area to execute the marketing program.
- Other:
- Provide all the necessary input to the CR, SPC, A&SP related to segment/category.
Who are we looking for?

A graduate with a University or Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum of 5 years years relevant experience in FMCG marketing functions. Preferably with experience in tobacco industry.

Good knowledge in strategic planning (Brand Management, Pricing,Taxation, P&L, Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing Digital Integration, Product Management, NPD).

Have good understanding of principles of distribution, trade marketing and field marketing.

Have experience pricing and new product development is a must.

Cross-cultural experience.
- Fluent English (required) / local language speaking
